SHUTTLE SERVICE UPDATES
All rider access requires the resident to show their issued scan card and MUST wear a mask at all times while riding. We strive to ensure the space on the buses is reserved for our valued residents only. 

At all times, our main concern is the safety of our shuttle passengers!

INCLEMENT WEATHER
HOT LINE

When there is the possibility of severe weather or a winter storm forecasted for the Charlottesville area, this hot line will be activated. Our staff will make the decision by 11:35 pm if there will be any changes to the shuttle schedule for the following day.

HOW DOES THE SHUTTLE OPERATE?

First and foremost, the shuttle departs on time.
Each bus has a clock that receives an atomic pulse that the federal government uses. This clock receives the same pulse that your cell phone receives, so if you have a cell phone you will know what the shuttle time is.

The shuttle leaves from the bus stop at its departure time. The bus will only stop at the designated locations listed inside. All stops are stop & go, please be at your stop early in case the shuttle is running ahead of schedule.

Note: If you need to drive down to the Mailbox area, PLEASE park in the lot over looking the POOL AREA. We need to keep the clubhouse parking area by the mailboxes empty so the shuttles have room to operate.

SHUTTLE STOPS

FIRST STOP

Rice Hall. The bus will arrive approximately 7 minutes from the time the shuttle leaves the Eagles Landing Mailbox. Please be there early, the shuttle will not come back through the Rice Hall on its way back to Eagles Landing.

SECOND STOP

Student Health UTS Bus Stop. This is located across the corner from Cabell Hall. This will be a stop and go so be early.

THIRD STOP

Nursing School/Pinn Hall. Stop the bus will arrive approximately 12 minutes from the time the shuttle leaves the Eagles Landing Mailbox. Once the shuttle leaves this stop it will travel straight back to Eagles Landing.

FOURTH STOP

Wegman's: We will be using the existing City Transit System stop, which is located on the main road by the traffic circle.This will be the last stop on the route, the timing depends on the traffic, please be patient.
